By purchasing any art from me, you automatically agree to these terms.Repeatedly breaking my TOS, or committing a major violation of them will lead to you being blacklisted, meaning you will not be able to purchase art from me.

ADULTS WILL BE ID CHECKED.
Feel free to ask me what I am comfortable with drawing! I've seen a lot on my years online.I can accept a max of 1-3 commissions per buyer, depending on how much work I have to do to complete them.Please send at least one reference image if you want me to draw any characters!! I do allow text descriptions of characters, but make it as detailed as you can! I'd like to make sure everything you want is made clear to me!Last but not least, I have the right to decline any commission, even if the reasons aren't stated above.

.⋆✧ PAYMENT ✧⋆.

You agree to pay the due amount upfront for any orders after approval of the sketch.I do not do payment schedules or plans due to my inexperience with them.It is your responsibility to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to me.I only accept payment through PayPal or Kofi!Work on the commission will not begin until the required payment has been received!

.⋆✧ REFUNDS ✧⋆.

You have the right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or if your commission has not been finished in four months.
For work that requires more time, such as my digital painting style, refunds are only applicable after six months.The conditions above exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.

.⋆✧ UPDATES & REVISIONS✧⋆.

I will send updates to you following the processes of sketching, lining, coloring, and shading the piece!Unless the buyer has a certain deadline, I will take my time with my work to ensure full quality!
This means you may have to wait at least a week or more for progress pictures!You agree to contact me in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, edits, or validation of progress.
I want to give you the best I can offer, and I can only do so if you communicate with me during the full process.You do have the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color, changing facial expressions, or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered commission.Any requests above that, however minor, will require extra payment. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any revisions will not start until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.

.⋆✧ USAGE ✧⋆.

All of the art I make is usable to me for any reason. I own full copyright to my art.
This includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.If you do not wish for me to share your commission on my social medias, please inform me of that during the ordering process!You do not hold the right to use the finished commission in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In addition, the client does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.Finished commissions are solely for personal use.
Personal use includes using the commission as an icon for social media or general personal site display!!Any use of the commission for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me.
This will require a separate agreement between us defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the commission.If you want to upload your commission anywhere online, you must credit me as the artist by linking back to one of my social medias or just typing out my username.

If you wish to purchase an adoptable with cash, you have 24 hours to submit payment.You can reserve an adoptable for a MAXIMUM of a week.If I do not receive an update or any payment, your reserved adopt will be reopened for adoption.It is your responsibility to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to me.I only accept payment through PayPal or Kofi!

.⋆✧ ART PAYMENT ✧⋆.

If you are offering art for an adoptable, you have an initial two weeks to complete offered art.I will request updates every once in a while, so please keep me updated on your progress!If you do not send updates within the two weeks, the adopt will be reopened for adoption.

.⋆✧ USAGE ✧⋆.

The Design/Adopt received is for personal use only.
Any use of the Design for commercial purposes or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me.Resale of a design in commercial, non-commercial and non-mass quantity (Such as character design sales or trading) is allowed without my approval.
The new owner of the Design will have to abide by this TOS, it is the customer's responsibility to inform the new owner of this.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In addition, the Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

Prices can vary depending on the complexity of characters & scenery!backgrounds are an additional 5 USD to any commission options!
simple pattern / single color backgrounds are free of charge!Traditional Pieces have a quicker turnaround time rather than Digital Pieces!!
Traditional Art is just easier for me to do!I have a wide variety of styles!
